All notes, conversations, and identifying information of the clients are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Punctuality is expected and appreciated.

If you are late for any appointment probably you will not have the chance to receive a full session, but you will be responsible for paying for the full session booked.

Please advise at least 24 hours in advance when making a cancellation or the total cost of the session will be charged.
